An illustration for a book review section in The Baffler, where I depicted the book "Psychonauts" and the book explored the long history of psychedelic use in Western culture. The article references prominent figures such as Williams James, Victor Hugo, and William Burroughs, who are portrayed in my illustrations as Matryoshka heads.
